I highly recommend getting the yearly paid subscription so you can get a copy of Melanie's cookbook! It's beautiful, with pictures for each recipe to truly inspire you, and with straightforward, easy to follow instructions without a tonne of ingredients
I received my copy late last week, and whipped up the Rustic Walnut Pesto (p.121) and I doubt I will ever buy store-bought pesto again. So simple, so easy, so delicious (ok, picking off the basil leaves and making sure there was no stalk was a bit tedious, but sitting in front of the tv made the time go by a lot faster, haha)
